Important Information:

- This service will not always deliver the defreeze code for Samsung devices.  If your device requires the defreeze code and you do not receive the defreeze code in your order, we are not able to offer a refund.  

- This service will not deliver the reset code for Huawei devices.  If your device requires the reset code and you do not receive it with your order, we are not able to offer a refund.  We recommend you use the Samsung Europe service or the Huawei Worldwide service for these devices. 

- If your device is Sony, please verify that the device counter is not in 0. 

- Please make sure your device is supported in this service prior to ordering.  Refunds are not available for wrong IMEI or mistakes with unsupported devices so if you have any questions, please contact our support prior to ordering.
